Responsibilities

• Provides clinical program supervision according to policy and procedure.
• Counsels clients one-on-one to support mental health goals.
• Interviews clients, reviews records, and collaborates with professionals to assess conditions.
• Plans and coordinates treatment with the team based on client needs.
• Monitors and records client progress toward treatment goals.
• Refer and coordinate with community resources to support recovery.
• Provide clinical assistance to other staff as needed.
• May provide consultation, evaluation, and treatment services.
• Develops crisis plans with caregivers and maintains 24/7 response readiness.
• Uses EMR system for data entry and documentation.
