Job summary

AWARE in Great Falls, MT is seeking a LCPC/LCSW to provide high‑quality clinical care. Starting salary is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year for a full‑time position. We offer a supportive team and a mission‑driven work culture focused on community impact.

The successful candidate will supervise clinical programs, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support adults, children, and families. Growth opportunities and licensure support are available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• At least 1 year direct work experience.
• Must be licensed or licensable as LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist in Montana.
• Clinical understanding of youth with emotional challenges and learning differences.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical program supervision – according to State of Montana rules and corporate policy.
• Coordinates skill-building activities.
• Collaborates with supervisors, directors, staff physicians and others to plan and coordinate treatment.
• Monitors, evaluates, and records progress toward treatment goals.
• Participates in treatment team meetings.
