Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS, MA, or PhD) in Psychology or Social Work or related field.
• Current Montana LCPC or LCSW license required.
• At least 1 year direct work experience in clinical setting.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Montana Driver’s License and clean background.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical program supervision according to policy and rules.
• Counsel clients one-to-one to address mental health issues.
• Interview clients, review records, and collaborate with other professionals.
• Plan and coordinate treatment with the team, considering youth needs.
• Monitor and record client progress toward treatment goals.
• Refer clients to community resources and ensure service efficacy.
• Utilize EMR system to document data and treatment plans.
• Attend mandatory trainings, meetings, and committees.
