Job summary

YAI - Seeing beyond disability is seeking a licensed or license-eligible psychologist to provide clinical supervision for Mental Health Clinicians conducting I/DD evaluations. The role involves overseeing standardized assessments, ensuring compliance with NYSED guidelines, and coordinating with leadership to align schedules and caseloads.

The position supports hybrid work in the NYC area, with on-site supervision at Manhattan and other clinic locations as needed.

Qualifications

• NYSED licensed psychologist or eligible for licensure with Doctoral degree in Psychology (PsyD/PhD).
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across teams and families.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EHR systems; SCIPr-R certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision for Mental Health Clinicians conducting evaluations and administering assessments.
• Oversee test administration, scoring and reporting in line with guidelines and regulations.
• Process and submit completed evaluations in the EHR, including notes, diagnoses and billing information.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to plan staffing, caseloads and scheduling for evaluation services.
