Sentara Home Care Infusion is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in Chesapeake, VA. The role requires an RN licensed in the state of practice and BLS within 30 days. You will supervise a multidisciplinary clinical team, coordinate patient care resources, and help develop clinical programs.

The position offers day shift hours and full-time status with competitive compensation and benefits. Base pay ranges from $103,542.40 to $151,257.60 annually, with potential incentives.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of Home Health and Hospice experience and 2 years of Home Infusion experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and allocate patient care resources to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
• Supervise and support a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality care.
• Serve as a clinical and administrative resource for staff, physicians, and patients.
• Make administrative decisions in collaboration with leadership regarding complex or sensitive situations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of clinical programs, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Implement and support talent retention strategies within the team.
• Promote and ensure excellent customer service delivery across all touchpoints.
