Job summary

Palms Home Care in Orlando, FL is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership and mentorship to clinical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices. You will assign clinicians to cases, review diagnoses and medications, and partner with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.

The ideal candidate has an RN license and at least one year of home health supervisory experience, with proficiency in OASIS, care documentation, and EMR systems such as

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• At least one year of management or supervisory experience in home health.
• Familiarity with OASIS, care documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Experience using EMR systems such as Kinnser.
• Knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory standards.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and mentor clinical staff including therapists, counselors and other professionals.
• Review patient information and assign clinicians to cases based on needs.
• Monitor patient outcomes and ensure adherence to clinical guidelines.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Facilitate clinical training and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Assist in screening and interviewing new personnel and make hiring recommendations.
• Perform duties as delegated by the Clinical Director.
