Salary Range

$71,464 to $78,862 per year

Position Description

The Lead Therapist will provide weekly clinical supervision to therapists and interns, oversee campus clinical interventions, assist in crisis management, and support daily clinical department needs. They will also deliver clinical services such as individual and family therapy, participate in treatment planning, and facilitate group therapy. The role ensures all clinical responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy; participate in assessments; support psychiatric and behavioral crises; attend multidisciplinary team meetings; conduct home visits; participate in psychiatric reviews; manage intake and discharge updates.
  • Attend trainings; maintain licensure and CEUs; provide clinical training as needed.
  • Participate in clinical administration, support campus administrators, engage in professional groups, and assist in program evaluations.
  • Complete documentation promptly; share treatment information with outside agencies; support funding and contractual obligations through enhanced services.
  • Supervise campus therapists and interns; facilitate clinical meetings; support Parent Advisory Group meetings when required.
Qualifications

Educational Requirements

  • Master’s degree in counseling or social work.
