Be a vital part of a dedicated human service organization. Lead a group of dedicated clinical team members working collaboratively to positively impact families and communities one youth at a time.
The Lead Therapist will provide weekly clinical supervision to all therapists and interns on the campus, provide oversight to campus clinical interventions. Additional responsibilities include assisting in crisis management and supporting day-to-day needs of the campus clinical department. They will also provide clinical services for students as needed. This includes individual and family therapy, treatment team participation, paperwork, coordination of student treatment plans, and group therapy facilitation. The Lead Therapist works with the campus clinical department to ensure all clinical responsibilities are carried out in an appropriate and timely manner.
Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work, Independent License is Required
