The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Bachelor’s with relevant experience, and may have Infant Mental Health Endorsement; bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.

The Healthy Families Supervisor will focus on helping the team become more aligned in the day-to-day operations of the program, by creating an environment of trust, open communication, and creative thinking, and shall maintain healthy group dynamics. The Healthy Families Supervisor will facilitate problem solving and collaboration by striving for team consensus and win-win agreements. The supervisor understands the overall risk management plan for the organization and is responsible for helping to manage risk to the agency while conducting business. This role will be overseeing Blackford, Jay and Randolph Counties.
