Job summary

STAT Home Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor Extender - LPN to join our team in Arkansas. The role focuses on coordinating patient care, reviewing notes, handling DME orders, taking orders, tracking labs, answering clinical questions, and scheduling visits for clinicians.

You will work under a supervisor capacity with opportunities to lead direct patient care activities while maintaining compliance with Home Health regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with a current Arkansas license.
• Home Health regulatory knowledge would be beneficial.
• Direct patient care leadership experience is required or preferred.
• Scheduling experience in Home Health is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current state license to practice as a professional nurse in the state of Arkansas
• Home Health experience with strong understanding of regulatory requirements
• Direct patient care service leadership experience
• Home Health scheduling experienced preferred
