STAT Home Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor Extender - LPN to coordinate patient care and support clinicians in our Arkansas service area. The role emphasizes leadership in direct patient care and oversight of home health activities.

The ideal candidate will hold a current Arkansas LPN license, bring solid home health experience, and demonstrate strong regulatory understanding along with scheduling capabilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current Arkansas state license.
• Home Health experience with strong regulatory knowledge.
• Direct patient care leadership experience.
• Home Health scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review Coordination Notes
• Handle DME Orders
• Take Orders
• Labs and Lab tracking
• Answer phones and Clinical questions from patients and Staff
• Maintaining Supply Inventory
• Scheduling visits for clinicians
