• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Full-time, Night shift, Monday - Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Hospital: Ascension St. Vincent
• Location: Indianapolis, IN

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical activities and resources within the department.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and training activities.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting patient care; perform quality assurance studies and support improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a resource on patient care, flow, and clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire or transfer date, accepted from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable experience.

Experience Required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Paramedic, Respiratory Therapist, or RN preferred.
• Entry-level leadership experience preferred.
• Hospital transport experience preferred.

The Critical Care Transport team is accredited by CAMTS, dedicated to safety, quality, and evidence-based care. Our diverse teams include Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, Paramedics, and EMTs, working closely with Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital to coordinate pediatric and neonatal calls.

We offer in-house education such as PHTLS, AMLS, ACLS, PALS, BLS, EVOC, Audit and Review, and NRP.
