Job Overview

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery is seeking an Overnight Clinical Supervisor to oversee Detox and Crisis staff. The role involves supervising clinical teams, coordinating training, onboarding new staff, and supporting staff development. The supervisor will motivate staff, provide clinical direction, and collaborate with community partners.

Pay Range and Benefits

Base pay ranges from $35.18/hr to $62.74/hr, depending on qualifications. Sign-on bonus of $5,000 is available. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical staff during overnight shifts.
• Coordinate training and onboarding of staff.
• Support staff development and performance reviews.
• Ensure clinical documentation and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with community agencies and medical staff.
• Assist with client care, admissions, and clinical tasks.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Licensed mental health clinician (LP, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Ph.D, Psy.D).
• At least 5 years of clinical experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention, de-escalation, and detox recovery.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Additional Requirements

Mandatory annual influenza vaccination and TB test. Ability to work rotating overnight shifts. Bilingual skills may qualify for differential pay.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position with rotating overnight shifts, including weekday and weekend hours. Staff will work in a supportive, team-oriented environment committed to crisis intervention and recovery services.
