Job summary

Alpharus Health seeks a Clinical Supervisor in Ocala, FL to lead clinical staff, ensure quality assessments, treatment planning, and adherence to regulatory standards. You will guide counselors, review case records, and support program objectives in a corrections-focused behavioral health setting.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of experience with at least 2 years in supervision, and relevant certifications. Competitive benefits and retirement plans are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree in psychology, social work, mental health or related field, or closely related field.
• Minimum of 100 hours documented clinical training in counseling theory and practice.
• Three years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of clinical supervision following licensure/certification.
• Current CAP/CCJAP/CAAP/CCJAAP/LPC/LCSW certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises counselors and other clinical staff delivering assessment, substance use disorder education and treatment, and case management to clients.
• Oversees client program: evaluates counselors' work performance, audits client records for regulatory and contractual compliance and achievement of service delivery objectives.
• Provides clinical supervision and guidance to other counselors in resolving complex case problems.
• Interprets and enforces organization policies and procedures, contributes to development of treatment protocols and processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
