Job summary

Alpharus Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee counseling teams at Century Correctional Institution in Century, FL. The role centers on delivering assessment, treatment, and case management to clients within a correctional setting.

You will supervise counselors, ensure regulatory compliance, and help shape treatment protocols. A master’s degree and licensure with supervision experience are preferred, with opportunities for professional growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social science field or higher is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 100 hours of documented clinical training in counseling theory and practice.
• Three years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of clinical supervision after licensure/certification.
• One of the following licenses/certifications is required: CAP, MCAP, CCJAP, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Supervises counselors and other clinical staff delivering assessment, substance use disorder education and treatment, and case management to clients.
• Oversees client programs, audits records for regulatory and contractual compliance, and ensures service delivery objectives are met.
• Provides clinical supervision and guidance; resolves complex case problems.
• Interprets and enforces policies; contributes to treatment protocol development.
