Alpharus Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in Springfield, IL to lead clinical staff delivering substance use and mental health services at the Springfield Residential site.

This full-time role requires 3–5 years of clinical experience with at least 1 year in supervision, a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling, and active CADC or higher state licensure. Competitive pay begins at $70,000 and extends to $97,498, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Current CADC or higher licensure (LPC/LSW) in state of hire.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in substance abuse with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Related work experience with residential treatment populations (adolescent/adult).

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical supervision to staff responsible for delivering services to individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Overseeing client services and ensuring compliance with established program standards and service delivery objectives.
• Auditing client records.

Substance Use Clinical Supervisors are responsible for

• Providing clinical supervision to staff responsible for delivering services to individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field required
• Current certification as a substance abuse counselor (CADC) or higher licensure (LPC, LSW) in state of hire required
• 3 -5 years of clinical experience in the treatment of substance abuse with at least 1 year of supervisory experience is required
• Related work experience with program specific population (adolescent/adult) and residential treatment setting required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk and move about the facilities for up to two hours at a time, to monitor and interact with clients
• Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to record, proofread and check documents and files for accuracy, to prepare and analyze data and figures, transcribe, read
• Ability to use a keyboard and video display terminal to receive, retrieve, and/or audit information and data
• Ability to respond to telephones, and to hear and detect alarms and unusual noises

Compensation (based on experience and credentials)

• Range begins at $70,000 - $97,498/year
• Starting rates are determined based on years of experience, qualifications, and relevant skills.
• Alpharus Health conducts annual performance reviews, with merit increase eligibility determined by employee performance and organizational financial performance.
