Must Haves

• Active BCBA certification
• Fluent in Spanish
• Managing a caseload to meet set billable services
• At least 1 year of clinical experience including client program development across skill levels, managing moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery in various settings
• Supervising a clinical team to meet quality standards
• Monitoring client progress, conducting ongoing assessments, providing parent training, and making data-driven treatment adjustments
• Providing ongoing feedback to the clinical team regarding supervision and treatment development
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored ABA programs
• Completing reports for behavioral health treatment plans
• Participating in team meetings, trainings, and professional development
