Position Details

Salary: $80,000-$90,000

Location: Hybrid (combination of remote and onsite work)

We offer a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification
• 1+ year of clinical experience in ABA settings
• Experience in client program development, managing caseloads, and supervising teams
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress

Preferred Skills

• Spanish bilingual or willingness to use translation tools/apps
