Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the Hope Center team in Western Massachusetts. You will oversee clinical programming, ensure treatment plan coordination, and supervise Counselor-Case Managers to empower individuals in stabilization services.

Minimum two years of counseling in substance abuse, one year of supervision, and licensure readiness (LMHC/LICSW/LADC) are required. BHN offers comprehensive benefits and a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• At least one year of clinical supervisory experience.
• At least two years of counseling experience in substance abuse treatment.
• Licensed or license-eligible LMHC, LICSW, or LADC.
• Knowledge of BSAS regulations.
• Experience with substance use and dual diagnoses.
• Knowledge of insurance and utilization reviews.

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinical programming and milieu management.
• Coordinate services for individuals served.
• Monitor treatment plans, progress notes, and group notes.
• Provide clinical supervision to Counselor-Case Managers.
• Facilitate staff and treatment team meetings; schedule trainings.
• Supervise Carelogic EHR usage.
• Ensure licensing compliance through assessments and chart reviews.
• Support ongoing staff development at Hope Center.
