Job summary

Catholic Community Services of Western Washington (CCSWW) seeks an On-site Clinical Supervisor at Westlake in Seattle to lead a team serving adults with behavioral health disorders, including those experiencing homelessness. The role supports outreach, engagement, case management, and treatment, while embodying CCS values and providing licensure supervision for LMHC/LICSW.

Work hours are flexible with no on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Washington State-specific licensure management.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and leading outreach teams.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health treatment and harm-reduction principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise clinical team delivering outreach, engagement, and case management services.
• Provide mentorship, clinical supervision, and staff training within business hours.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and safety planning across teams.
• Manage monthly productivity reports and program expenditures.
• Coordinate with housing, health, and community partners for client support.
• Handle HIPAA responsibilities and privacy training for staff.
