Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients across multiple settings, including center, home, school, and telehealth. You will develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, coach families, and ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA and BACB certification. Travel to various locations may be required; relocation support may be offered based on

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BACB) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes for each patient through clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet monthly requirements.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate care with caregivers and other professionals.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
