Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical treatment across multiple settings, including our Oceanside center, patients’ homes, schools, or telehealth.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA and BCBA certification, with demonstrated ASD experience. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, supervising staff, coordinating care with families and payers, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours are 100% adhered to each month.
• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to determine function.
• Coach and train caregivers and behavioral technicians.
• Coordinate care with other professionals.
• Update treatment plans monthly based on patient response.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and thorough documentation.

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
