Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead ABA programs in clinic and in-home settings in the Greater Milwaukee area. You will supervise staff, conduct language-based assessments, and develop acquisition and behavior plans to support diverse client needs.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, ongoing professional development, and collaboration with a team of BCBAs to deliver high-quality, individualized services. A competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or eligible to sit for the exam.
• Minimum one year of supervised experience in ABA program development and implementation.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Directly work with children with autism using ABA/VB approach
• Supervise staff implementing ABA programs
• Conduct ABA language-based assessments
