Position Details

• Location: Vallejo and surrounding areas; remote work available for non-direct hours.
• Schedule: Full-time or Part-time; flexible scheduling.
• Compensation: $45–$60 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top‑notch ABA services.
• Mentor RBTs and case managers to foster professional growth.
• Oversee assessments, goal setting, and clinical meetings.
• Work with a variety of clients across ages, diagnoses, and funding sources.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience supervising clinical staff.
• Strong ABA skills (DTT, verbal behavior, natural environment teaching).
• Reliable vehicle, California driver’s license, and car insurance.
• CPR certification, immunization records, background check upon hire.
