What You’ll Do

• Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top‑nail ABA services
• Mentor RBTs & Case Managers, helping them grow in the field
• Oversee assessments, goal setting, and clinical meetings
• Work with a variety of clients (ages, diagnoses, and funding sources)
• Ensure high‑quality documentation, communication, and care

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• 2+ years’ experience supervising clinical staff
• Strong ABA skills (DTT, Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching)
• Reliable car, CA driver’s license, and insurance
• CPR certification, immunization records, background check upon hire
