Marion County Health & Human Services seeks a positive, adaptable, and collaborative Clinical Supervisor for the Adult Behavioral Health team. This role involves oversight and support of clinical teams providing outpatient treatment and support services to individuals diagnosed with serious mental illnesses. Ideal candidates will have experience in clinical and administrative supervision of behavioral health staff, a commitment to fostering morale, and excellent communication skills.
Benefits include great training, advancement opportunities, and additional pay for licensure supervision. For relocating candidates, we offer up to $3,000 reimbursement for moving expenses and a $3,000 relocation bonus upon proof of Oregon residency.
Provide leadership and manage services within a designated area or program, supervise staff, and oversee program performance.
Work under a health program manager or supervisor, exercising full supervision over clinical, professional, technical, and support staff, including interns and volunteers.
Knowledge of counseling principles, case management, behavioral interventions, ethics, and community resources. Skills in service planning, supervision, communication, and conflict resolution. Ability to work independently and lead teams, interpret regulations, and develop effective relationships.
Operate vehicle, see clearly, sit, lift up to 15 lbs., communicate effectively, and work in varied environments.
Tuition assistance up to $7,500 for professional development, requiring a 2-year employment commitment.
