My Therapy Connection™ is seeking a full-time licensed clinical supervisor to join our expanding private practice in New Jersey. The role blends clinical therapy with supervision of interns and junior therapists, with a caseload and supervisory responsibilities.

The candidate should have a current license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) and at least five years of outpatient experience. Evenings and some Saturdays are required; compensation starts at $75/hr.

Qualifications

• Licensed supervisor with ACS or AAMFT approval and licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT)
• Current license with at least 5 years of outpatient mental health experience
• Willingness to work some evenings and Saturdays (Weekday 3–9 or Sat 9–4)

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health therapy to clients within scope of training/licensure
• Provide supervision for interns and associate licensed therapists
• Manage supervisees and related personnel matters
• Complete progress notes and submit billing within 24 hours of sessions
• Maintain ethical and legal documentation and licensure requirements
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct; collaborate with team daily
• Support Continuing Education credits to keep licensure active

My Therapy Connection™, is looking for a full-time licensed clinical supervisor who is looking to grow your career alongside an amazing team in an expanding private group practice where we care about YOU and YOUR journey!

My Therapy Connection™ is a private mental health practice who believes in giving the highest quality of care to our clients. Our practice desires professional therapists who want to work in a practice that embodies a family atmosphere and has faith-centered principles, which are to love, accept, and serve each clinician and client who chooses to be a part of our practice.

We are currently expanding and now seeking additional experienced, licensed counselors/therapists/supervisors. Currently, we are accepting cover letters and resumes for:

• Any ACS or AAMFT approved supervisor who also has LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist).
• Current license with at least 5 years of outpatient mental health experience. A willingness to work with couples and children/teens is preferred.
• Willingness to work some days after hours (Weekday 3-9 or Saturday 9-4)
• Pay is $75/hr to start

Full time therapists accept a caseload of up to 25 clients and supervise up to 6 therapists. This role will be a dual role as a therapist and clinical supervisor. The candidate must be willing to work in a clinical supervisory and caseload carrying capacity.

Care for caseload includes providing mental health outpatient counseling and completing all required documentation to keep clients’ and supervisees records updated according to legal/ethical guidelines of the profession.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide mental health therapy to clients within the scope of training/experience/licensure
• Provide supervision for interns, associate licensed therapists.
• Manage personnel related matters of their supervisees.
• Complete progress notes, with signature, and other documentation to keep client’s record up to date and submit billing within 24 hours of the session time
• Adhere to legal and ethical guidelines of the profession
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in interactions with others
• Maintain Continuing Education credits and all necessary requirements to keep licensure active, and provide proof of same to administrative staff for record keeping.
• Demonstrate self-motivated attitude and ability to perform responsibilities of position with limited supervision
• Maintain open communication with other members of the team on a daily basis
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively multitask
• Follow and implement company policies and procedures as outlined in the company employee handbook
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and techniques and display a teachable attitude when learning a new skill
• Perform related work as assigned

This position is part clinical and part administrative. The candidate must be willing to work up to 40 hours per week. Evenings are a must.
