Job summary

Robust Living Therapy LLC in Rutherford, NJ, seeks a licensed clinician to provide weekly supervision to our team of therapists. The role offers hybrid/remote supervision with approximately 2 hours per week, plus potential to manage your own caseload and grow with the practice.

Requirements include NJ licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/psychologist) and a NJ Clinical Supervisor Certificate. Salary up to $65 hourly, part-time scheduling, supportive culture, and administrative help are provided.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey license as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist in good standing.
• Valid New Jersey Clinical Supervisor Certificate (approved to supervise associate-level clinicians).
• Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willingness to credential with insurance panels through the practice, or already credentialed with major carriers.

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed clinician to provide weekly clinical supervision to our team of therapists. This position currently requires approximately 2 hours per week of supervision, with the opportunity to expand the role by developing and maintaining your own clinical caseload within the practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician who enjoys mentoring therapists while remaining engaged in clinical work.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and/or group clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians.
