Saint Louis Counseling operates eight offices throughout metropolitan St. Louis. In addition, its School Partnership Program (SPP) therapists provide onsite services to students at more than 100 schools as well as children who are homeless living at area shelters.

The supervisor will provide clinical leadership, consultation, and oversight across outpatient mental health, school‑based behavioral health, residential treatment, and substance use disorder services for Saint Louis Counseling. The role ensures clinical quality, documentation compliance, risk management, and consistent implementation of evidence‑based and trauma‑informed care across programs. The Clinical Supervisor provides reflective supervision, case consultation, documentation review, and support for complex clinical and crisis situations for licensed clinicians, provisionally licensed therapists, and interns. The position collaborates with program and operational leadership to strengthen compliance, accreditation readiness, interdisciplinary coordination, and effective clinical workflows. The annual compensation starts at $60,000.
