Job summary

Phaxis is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for a full-time, temp-to-perm position in Central Harlem, NYC. The role provides supervision to staff in a supportive housing program serving adults experiencing homelessness and individuals with HIV/AIDS, serious mental illness, and co-occurring disorders.

The position offers a salary of $75,000 per year and a 35-hour workweek. You will lead mental health assessments, ensure chart accuracy, support intake and service planning, and maintain HIPAA

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• An LMSW/LCSW license or equivalent for designated disciplines is required.
• Experience in clinical supervision or program management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to program staff
• Conduct mental health assessments and ensure client charts and documentation remain current
• Monitor client progress and review documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Conduct chart audits and ensure data integrity
• Assist with client intake, assessments, and service planning
• Support programming related to housing, mental health, substance use, and employment
• Assist with critical incidents and resolution of program-related concerns
• Conduct staff supervision and assist with performance improvement plans and evaluations
• Participate in meetings and prepare required reports
• Maintain professional relationships with clients while ensuring HIPAA, privacy, and program compliance

Schedule: 35 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor for a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity with a supportive housing program in Central Harlem. The program provides supportive housing services to adults experiencing or at risk of homelessness, including individuals with HIV/AIDS, serious mental illness (SMI), and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to program staff
