LynLake Centers for WellBeing in the Twin Cities invites applications for a LICSW Clinical Supervisor. This full-time W-2 role offers in-office or hybrid work with a minimum 3 in-office days and provides opportunities to supervise, mentor, and shape clinical care in a collaborative group practice.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work required.
• MN State licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) required.
• Board Approval to provide Clinical Supervision under the Minnesota Board of Social Work required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical therapy, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role and minimum of 1 year of group practice experience.

LICSW Clinical Supervisor

Location: Multiple locations in Minneapolis, MN and St. Paul, MN (currently limited space available at our St. Paul sites)

Position can be full time in office or a hybrid of in office and remote with a minimum requirement of 3 days in office

Employment Type: W2 Full-Time Employee (combination role of supervisor and provider)

Compensation

Direct Services Pay Structure

• W-2 Licensed Provider: 62% Compensation Split or 1099 Independent Contractor: 65% Compensation Split

Supervisor Pay Structure

• Flat Monthly Rate Per Supervisee: Full-Time Supervisee (billing 24+ sessions/week): $375 biweekly or Part-Time Supervisee (billing ~12 sessions/week): $225 biweekly
• Group Supervision Compensation: $150 per group session
• Intern Supervision Rate: $525 biweekly
• Compensation for Direct Services: Compensation split of net collections between 62-65%; paid bi-weekly
  • *Estimated annual earning potential of: $107,000 for a Full-Time W-2 Provider
  • W-2 Licensed Provider: 62% Compensation Split
  • 1099 Independent Contractor: 65% Compensation Split

• Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and intake support

Requirements

Education:

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, or a related field required.
• MN State licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required.
• Board Approval to provide Clinical Supervision under the Minnesota Board of Social Work is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical therapy, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role and minimum of 1 year of previous group practice experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapy modalities and a commitment to professional development.

Strongly Preferred:

• Works with children under the age of 13 years old and/or comfortable supervising this work
• Trained in Trauma/PTSD (EMDR; ART; Somatic Experiencing; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy; Brainspotting; Internal Family Systems (IFS); DBT; Neurofeedback) and/or Sex therapy.
• Experience or training working with: Neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), addiction, eating disorders, aging/older clients (and able to accept Medicare), Alzheimer’s/Dementia, unhoused clients, Women’s health (fertility, postpartum, perinatal, etc).
