We are seeking an experienced and driven Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight, operationalize services, and ensure the quality of treatment delivered by our clinical and recovery staff.
As a Clinical Coordinator, you will provide hands‑on clinical supervision and leadership, ensuring that treatment services are delivered with excellence, compassion, and full regulatory compliance. You will be both a clinical resource and a people‑centered leader — guiding staff, supporting clients, and upholding SCADD’s commitment to trauma‑informed, recovery‑oriented care.
