Clinical Supervisor (Inglewood Adult Services)


This is a hybrid position that requires 2-3 days a week on-site. Candidates have the option to elect into a 9/80 flex work schedule.


The pay range for this role is between $77,583 - $89,220 annually.


$20,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates.

Summary


As a Clinical Supervisor at Didi Hirsch, you will manage the clinical integrity of the program and provide clinical supervision to both unlicensed and licensed therapists along with a case management staff.


Primary Duties


As a Clinical Supervisor (internally referred to as Lead Clinical Supervisor) at Didi Hirsch, you will drive clinical efficiency and ensure integrity to the clinical plan, taking charge with enthusiasm and expertise. You will dynamically assign cases and track client progress, while providing inspiring weekly clinical and administrative supervision for up to eight employees. Guiding staff and interns in developing their work plans and tackling client-related challenges will be part of your impactful role.


You'll ensure accurate and timely documentation, coaching staff on perfecting their notes, assessments, and other documents. With a focus on excellence, you'll develop and implement engaging clinical training to support various clinical practices and collaborate with Research Assistants to guarantee required client outcomes. You'll partner with the Quality Improvement (QI) department to uphold documentation standards and compliance.


Leading and facilitating routine meetings, assisting staff during client crisis, and interfacing with community agencies will round out your exciting and impactful role, ensuring comprehensive support for the program, division, and agency.



Position Requirements



  • Licensure as a LCSW, LMFT, Psy.D. or Ph.D. for a minimum of 2 years.

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience working with individuals with a history of mental illness in a social service/mental health environment.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience providing clinical supervision and monitoring performance within a mental health setting.

  • Availability and willingness to work some evenings.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Evidence Based Practices and/or the Recovery Model of treatment.

  • Completed supervision course that meets BBS or BOP standards. LPS designated by the county.

  • Demonstrated effective leadership and management skills; experienced in effectively leading multidisciplinary teams.

  • Manage employee performance consistent with defined Didi Hirsch processes.

  • Working knowledge of Agency policies and procedures, HIPAA, DMH, DHMS, Department of Social Services, and other state, federal regulations relating to mental health services.

  • Current knowledge to coordinate treatment planning and case management for assigned clients.

  • Current CA license and a driving record acceptable to the Agency's insurance carrier.
