Job summary

OBGYN South, a practice partner of Together Women’s Health (TWH), has an immediate full-time Clinical Supervisor opening to lead clinical teams and ensure high-quality patient care.

Applicants with prior leadership in women’s health will be prioritized, and Athena EMR experience is preferred. The role includes staffing oversight, training, and collaboration with practice leadership to maintain smooth clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision of clinical teams in a healthcare setting.
• Experience coordinating staffing, training, and policy implementation.
• Preference for leadership experience in women’s health and Athena EMR familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day staffing for clinical staff at all locations.
• Orientation and training for staff
• Coordinate vacation and personal time off requests for clinical staff
• Laboratory liaison—QA and follow-up lab needs
• Report to leadership equipment repair and service/contracts needed
• Interview and personnel selection
• Oversee day-to-day flow of Clinic staff to ensure good clinical flow and patient care
• Coordinate with Practice Leadership to develop clinical policies and procedures
• Monitor and report supply needs to leadership
• Daily contact point for physicians and staff

The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.

Applicants with prior leadership in women's health will be given priority.

Applicants with Athena EMR experience will be given priority.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day staffing for clinical staff at all locations.

• Report to leadership equipment repair and service/Contracts needed
• Interview/Personnel selection
• Oversee day-to-day flow of Clinic staff to ensure good clinical flow and patient care
• Coordinating with Practice Leadership to develop clinical policies and procedures
• Laboratory liaison--QA and follow-up lab needs
• Monitor and report supply needs to leadership
• Daily contact point for physicians and staff

Qualifications

• Active LPN license or Certified Medical Assistant
• At least 5 years of clinical experience
• Clinical managerial experience highly preferred
