We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our behavioral health team specializing in substance use disorder (SUD) and mental health treatment with mostly justice involved clients. This position will begin part-time with the option to build up to full-time if desired. The supervisor will be responsible for providing supervision to around two to five unlicensed therapists and will also sign off on documentation for those therapists. Ideally, the candidate would also be available for occasional group coverage. The ideal candidate will have experience working with justice involved clients, experience with addiction treatment, an understanding of trauma-informed care, supervision experience, and either be a LPC or LCSW and additional licensure with LAC is preferred.
Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
Must possess valid, unrestricted Colorado clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or related), and LAC is also preferred.
This will be a hybrid position with most work completed remotely, but some in-office work may be needed.
