Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee daily operations of counseling services for substance use and mental health patients across populations. The role provides clinical leadership, supervises staff, supports intake and treatment planning, and ensures program and regulatory compliance.
The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field and current LCPC/LCSW licensure, with at least two years of experience.
The Clinical Supervisor oversees daily operations of counseling services for substance use and/or mental health patients across adolescent, adult, and family populations. This role provides clinical leadership, supervises staff, supports intake and treatment planning, responds to emergencies, and ensures compliance with program standards and regulatory requirements.
Salary Range: Minimum 38.44/hour - Maximum 67.27/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
