Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) has an excellent opportunity in Center Township, PA for a full-time Clinical Supervisor. In this leadership role, you will provide clinical supervision to therapy staff and ensure the quality, compliance, and effectiveness of clinical services within an inpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Co-Occurring Disorders treatment setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide weekly individual and monthly group clinical supervision to therapists, ensuring adherence to best practices in SUD and Co-Occurring Disorders treatment.
  • Review, audit, and approve clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards, including documentation quality, medical necessity, and timeliness.
  • Provide clinical guidance, case consultation, and support for complex or high-risk cases.
  • Monitor therapist performance and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with the Program Clinical Manager to ensure consistency in therapeutic feedback and clinical expectations.
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  • Identify training needs and support clinical education initiatives.
  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
  • Conduct weekly chart audits for each therapist's caseload.
What You Bring
  • Strong knowledge of documentation standards, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based treatment practices.
  • In-depth understanding of Substance Use Disorder and Co-Occurring Disorders treatment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide effective clinical supervision, coaching, and professional development.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active clinical licensure, such as LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three to five years of clinical experience in SUD and/or Co-Occurring Disorders treatment, preferably in an inpatient or residential setting.
  • Prior clinical supervision experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience conducting chart audits and utilization reviews.
  • Familiarity with ASAM Criteria and trauma-informed care practices.
  • Ability to balance administrative oversight with supportive clinical leadership.
  • Additional Requirements
  • Pass a PA Criminal Background Check.
  • Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances.
  • Pass a Drug Screen.
  • Complete a 2-Step TB Test.
