Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Study Project Manager I to drive the operational delivery of clinical studies. You will lead cross-functional teams from planning through execution, ensuring studies are conducted on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of pharma-related/clinical research experience, with exposure to Phase 1–4 trials. Collaborative leadership and vendor management are essential in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 6 years pharma-related and/or clinical research experience required.
• Phase 1–4 and/or Medical Device Trial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines and drives operational strategies and deliverables for one or more clinical studies.
• Executes clinical studies in compliance with quality standards (ICH/GCP, Global Regulations, AbbVie policies).
• Manages budgets, timelines and study issues; leads cross functional Clinical Study Team.
• Leads planning through execution via cross-functional matrix environment; manages vendors and external stakeholders.
