You will lead cross-functional teams from planning through execution in a matrix environment, driving milestones and mitigating risks. The role requires a scientific mindset, stakeholder management skills, and high adaptability to evolving study needs, with a strong emphasis on patient-centric delivery and ongoing process

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 6 years pharma-related and/or clinical research experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional clinical operations teams.

Aufgaben

• Defines and drives the operational strategies and deliverables for one or more clinical studies.
• Responsible for executing clinical studies in compliance with quality standards (ICH/GCP, Global Regulations, AbbVie policies).
• Proactively manages budget, timelines and study issues with global mindset to achieve study objectives.
• Leads the cross functional Clinical Study Team across planning to execution.
• Manages vendors and external stakeholders including site staff and patient groups.
• Coaches team members and contributes to Development Operations community.
