TFS HealthScience is seeking a Project Management Associate (PMA) to join our global CRO team in the United States. The PMA will support study teams and assist the Project Manager with administrative and operational tasks across clinical studies.

The role emphasizes strong Excel capabilities, client-facing communication, and a proactive stance toward professional growth toward a Project Manager career. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to timely, compliant study

Qualifikationen

• CTA or entry-level CRO experience.
• Strong Excel skills including trackers, formulas, pivots and macros.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work in a client-facing environment.
• Interest in progressing toward a Project Manager career path.

Aufgaben

• Support study planning, setup, execution, and close-out to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain study documentation, CTMS records, contact lists, trackers, logs and study files.
• Provide admin and operational support to Project Managers and CRAs.
• Coordinate study communications, meetings, agendas, and minutes.
• Assist with vendor management, investigator payments, invoice tracking and reconciliation.
• Support regulatory submissions, audits and translation processes.
• Coordinate study logistics and investigator meetings.
• Serve as central point of contact for study teams and sponsors.
