TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full-service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.

The Project Management Associate (PMA) is aligned to and managed under the assigned therapeutic business unit.

Competenze

Experience as a CTA or in an entry-level role within a major CRO (ICON, PPD, IQVIA or Syneos Health).
Strong motivation to develop career and take on new challenges.
Interest in progressing toward a Project Manager career path.

Mansioni

Support the planning, setup, execution, and close-out of clinical studies, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are met.
Maintain study documentation, CTMS records, contact lists, trackers, logs, and study files.
Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers, Clinical Research Managers, and CRAs.
Coordinate study communications, meetings, agendas, minutes, presentations, and newsletters.
Assist with vendor management, investigator payments, invoice tracking, and financial reconciliation.
Support regulatory submissions, audits, inspections, and document translation processes.
Coordinate study logistics, supplies, and investigator meeting activities.
Act as a central point of contact for study teams and sponsors, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
