Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Study Manager to oversee clinical trials in alignment with GCP and SOPs. You will supervise procedures, coordinate staffing and timelines, and serve as a liaison to clients and internal teams.

The role emphasizes maintaining trial integrity, training, and audit readiness. The position requires strong communication in English (and French where applicable) and a customer-focused, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication (French and English at the Montreal location), leadership and organizational skills.
• Customer service focused; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure confidentiality of clinical trial participants and sponsors.
• Supervise and oversee all study related procedures.
• Act as a resource to indirect reports and Clinical Operations team members.
• Oversee trial progression and communications with clients and internal departments.
• Coordinate protocol reviews and ICF reviews; ensure SOPs and trainings are created as needed.
• Track enrollment status and document enrollment changes; review subject eligibility.
