Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Study Associate II to support and coordinate clinical studies within the Clinical Affairs department.

The role focuses on administrative functions, regulatory compliance, and accurate study documentation under moderate supervision. You will develop TMF infrastructure, manage site and regulatory records, and assist in data management, patient and vendor payments, and communications, with travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 1–3 years of relevant clinical research experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with clinical databases is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the setup of Master TMF files and study inbox frameworks.
• Maintain accurate filing of site initiation and regulatory documents within the TMF.
• Ensure timely and correct entry of site information into clinical databases such as Clindex.
• Support preparation for monitoring visits, including document reviews and follow-up activities.
