Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is seeking a Clinical Study Administrator for a long-term engagement with one of our Global MedTech clients. This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc.

This role is full-time and is offering full benefit options. Kelly Science and Clinical is seeking a candidate to support the clinical study staff within Clinical Operations, perform routine and technical duties,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Prior clinical research experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of admin support experience.
• Clinical/medical background beneficial.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical study staff and project managers.
• Track study data and assist with essential documents.
• Prepare study mailings and meeting materials.
• Assist payments/tracking for patient reimbursements.
• Enter data in systems and run reports.
• Coordinate IRB/IEC renewal activities.
• Organize investigator and expert panel meetings.
• Ensure communication with managers and team members.
• Participate in process improvement activities.
