Job summary

Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is seeking a Medical Affairs Research Associate Scientist for a long-term engagement with a Global MedTech client. The role, within the FSP division of Kelly Services, offers full benefits and potential eligibility for Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and PTO options.

The candidate will work on in-vivo and bench cardiac studies, identify data outliers, assist in protocol execution, and collaborate with R&D, Medical Safety and Quality teams while developing robust

Qualifications

• MS in the Sciences or Engineering or equivalent from an accredited program
• 5–8 years of Laboratory experience (Industry and/or Hospital)
• Experience in cardiology, cardiac biophysics and anatomy is preferred
• Strong knowledge of statistical models and interpretation
• Proficiency with statistical tools SAS or Minitab, R, SPSS, and MATLAB/Prism

Responsibilities

• Independently works on in-vivo and bench models for cardiac product investigation
• Identifies data outliers and prepares data for statistical analysis of in-vivo study data
• Assists in in-vivo protocol execution and develops new processes or test fixtures for device testing
• Interface with R&D, Medical Safety, and Quality teams
• Assist in model development for statistical analysis of datasets
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards and design controls
