Kelly Science and Clinical FSP seeks a Regional Clinical Research Associate for a long-term engagement in the United States with a Global Medical Device client. The role focuses on managing clinical activities at study sites, ensuring data quality, and maintaining regulatory compliance across multiple projects.

The incumbent will liaison between the clinical team and site personnel, conduct site visits, and support patient recruitment while upholding SOPs and GCP standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree required, preferably Life Science or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant clinical research experience; master/PhD/MD/PharmD with 3+ years acceptable.
• Experience in medical device monitoring or equivalent is required.
• Understanding of regulations and standards in clinical research and device products.
• Industry certifications are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage clinical study activities at assigned sites across multiple studies.
• Oversee site performance, deliverables, and data quality per timelines.
• Conduct site visits and ensure protocol and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate between investigators, IRBs/ECs, vendors, and study team.
• Support patient recruitment, retention, and training activities.
• Communicate important clinical data to stakeholders and assist in issue resolution.
