A leading company in behavioral health is seeking a Clinical Strategy Manager to enhance provider-facing technology. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product safety and quality, leveraging clinical expertise to inform product decisions, and supporting quality improvement efforts. Ideal candidates are licensed clinicians with extensive experience in healthcare operations and a passion for enhancing clinical quality.
As the Clinical Strategy Manager for Provider Product at Headway, you will play a critical role in shaping our provider-facing technology by embedding clinical expertise into the product development lifecycle. You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, and Customer Experience teams to ensure our tools are safe, compliant, and designed to promote patient safety, clinical quality, and provider engagement.
You’ll bring clinical insight, research, and provider feedback to inform product decisions, helping to drive roadmap execution, documentation, and training. You’ll also support quality efforts, including incident and complaint investigations, and contribute to Headway’s quality improvement work.
This role requires strong collaboration, clear communication, and the ability to execute both independently and within cross-functional teams. Your work will directly support our mission to build a best-in-class digital experience that empowers clinicians to deliver high quality, effective, patient-centered care—at scale.

Compensation and Benefits:
The expected base pay range for this position is $121,720 - $179,000,based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
