Job summary

Optum CPS, based in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a PRN Clinical Pharmacist to support hospital pharmacy operations in Cincinnati.

The role is PRN/per diem with onsite scheduling, primarily covering PTO and sick time, with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at 5500 Verulam Avenue, Cincinnati. You will help ensure patients receive safe medication therapy while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or higher from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy school.
• Active Ohio pharmacist license in good standing.
• Strong clinical medication review and pharmacy operations knowledge.
• Hospital or inpatient pharmacy experience preferred.
• PharmD preferred.

• Location: 5500 Verulam Avenue, Cincinnati, OH

What we're looking for
