Job summary

Qualifications

• No experience required; hospital experience preferred.
• Georgia Pharmacist license (PHARMD) required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Distributes, documents and compounds drugs, solutions, and equipment to meet patient and staff needs.
• Reviews, dispenses and monitors medication therapy across all age groups (infants to geriatrics).
• Supervises pharmacy technicians and oversees orders filled by auxiliaries.
• Performs patient-focused clinical activities and maintains competency and professional development.
