Qualifications

• PHARMD - Licensed Pharmacist licensed in the state of Georgia Upon Hire Required

Responsibilities

• Distributes, documents and compounds drugs, solutions and equipment to meet patient and staff needs.
• Reviews, compounds, dispenses and monitors medication therapy for infants, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
• Supervises pharmacy technicians and ensures competency and development of staff.
• Provides patient-focused clinical activities to optimize medication therapy across the hospital.
